Its extensive range of signature dishes includes its famous tonkotsu soup (pork broth), which is carefully slow cooked to draw out the authentic flavour.

Through its partnership with SSP, the brand has increased its international presence at some of the world’s busiest travel sites. Ajisen Ramen at Helsinki Airport is the chain’s second restaurant in Europe and the first in Northern Europe.
